Protecting India's Indigenous Heritage
Every Hump & Horns purchase strengthens our long-term conservation partnership with Local Conservation Champions.

Lekhaana Goshala
Introduction
At Hump & Horns, we believe every design should stand for something greater than apparel. That's why we've partnered with Lekhaana Goshala, a Bengaluru-based non-profit dedicated to preserving India's indigenous cattle breeds through compassionate care, sustainable initiatives, and public awareness. From humble beginnings with just two desi cows, Lekhaana has grown into a thriving sanctuary protecting native breeds such as Gir, Hallikar, Deoni, Kankrej, and Malnad Gidda, ensuring these living symbols of our heritage continue to inspire future generations.
Mission
To inspire and encourage society to serve Desi cows and preserve their existence for the health and well-being of present and future generations. We aim to restore the sacred relationship between humans, cows, agriculture, and the environment.
Vision
Our ancestors deeply revered and treated cows as integral members of their own families. We envision reviving this highly sustainable, dharmic lifestyle to build a healthier planet for generations to come.
